“What’s Past is Prologue” is our September 2025 zine, and it marks a reintroduction to Cal Poly Pomona’s very own Harvest International. This zine revisits work dating back to the very beginning of Harvest in 1970. Returning to our roots, we found remarkable poetry and prose centered on politics and nature. It is our hope that these works will inspire students today to reflect on current events and find comfort and inspiration in what previous generations of CPP students have experienced and how they have responded.
We also hope that you’ll consider submitting your own creative work for publication in our October zine (“Memento Mori: Remember you will die”) and other future issues of Harvest!
